Flo With Dignity

We believe no one should be held back by their cycle. Our program provides free menstrual supplies to women and girls experiencing financial hardship—restoring dignity, comfort, and opportunity when it’s needed most.

Program Overview

Flo With Dignity provides free tampons and pads every three months to individuals facing period poverty. This essential menstrual products assistance helps women and girls maintain their health, stay in school or work, and avoid the shame or discomfort that comes from not having the supplies they need.

By tackling period poverty head-on, this program supports over 10,000 individuals with quarterly distributions of pads, tampons, and liners—because having your period should never mean choosing between essentials.

We also engage local organizations and volunteers to raise awareness and ensure that menstrual supplies reach those most in need, including low-income households, students, and single-parent families.
